Who we are and what we do?

ukchanges are independent data management specialists with over 27 years' experience.

We're one of those companies you've probably never heard of and we work hard, helping our customers to save money and wastage, minimising impact on our environment by keeping the data they hold about their customers as clean and accurate as possible.

We also try to ensure that, as far as possible, our customers only contact people who are most likely to be interested in their products and services. After all, nobody likes to waste money or resources - our customers are no different.

We mostly work with household names and brands you'll be familiar with, spread across many market sectors, including retail, financial services, charities, and automotive.

ukchanges is actively working with clients, partners and the industry bodies such as the DMA to improve data-driven marketing with the goal of making marketing better for all.

We're members of the DMA and hold a number of important security and environmental accreditations.

The ukchanges Team are committed to excellence in all that they do: and we are all consumers too!

How does this benefit you, as a consumer?

Most of us like to receive relevant, timely offers from companies whose products and services interest us and we help our clients to achieve this.

Accurate data means that communications and items you’ve ordered and are keen to receive are more likely to arrive without going astray.

We also let our customers know when their customers have moved house so they can check with you to make sure that items, which may be confidential or important, are not delivered to an empty property or possibly to the new occupants.

And when someone dies we let our customers know so they can do the right thing and avoid sending information to the deceased, preventing further distress for bereaved families at a difficult time.
